A video posted on Facebook shows Page Braswell confronting her neighbor about a Nazi flag outside his home. The North Caroline woman spotted the racist symbol flying on Joe Love's porch. When she confronted him, Love immediately began insulting her. After the encounter became public, Brawell reported that the flag had been removed.
