Scotland seems set to hold another independence referendum, but the picture this time is much more confused. When will the vote take place, when will they leave? Can a mutually beneficial relationship between three state-like entities be quickly and painless established?
This referendum seems to be more accurately called, a re-independence referendum, taking powers from westminster to hand it straight over to Brussels.
