Phoenix teacher struck by car returns to classroom after weeks in hospital

A west Valley teacher is back in the classroom after he was hit by a car. Anthony Webster, a teacher at Heritage Elementary School in Glendale, spoke about the incident for the first time after spending weeks in the hospital.
