Vic Mensa says Justin Bieber was "exhausted," respects his decision to cancel tour

Rapper Vic Mensa has no hard feelings towards Justin Bieber, who cancelled the remainder of the tour in which Mensa was the opening act. Mensa says it was right of Bieber to "put his health first" instead of performing.
