Trump: 'The vast majority' of people convicted for terrorism in the U.S. since 9/11 came from abroad

President Trump falsely said the majority of people who have been convicted of terrorism or supporting acts of terror since 9/11 came from abroad in his address to a joint session of Congress on Feb. 28.
