Footage has emerged of two people rescuing a baby deer from the side of a road.
The video, captured in Seine-et-Marne, France, shows a woman placing a blanket over the stricken animal and removing it from danger.
After placing the animal on a forest floor, the deer can be seen bounding away, without any sign of injury.
