French PM Edouard Philippe confirms suspect arrested

French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe officially confirms to the National Assembly that a suspect arrested by police was at the wheel of the car that attacked anti-terrorism soldiers, injuring six, earlier this morning outside Paris.
