The eyes of everyone look forward to the elections for the three seats of the Rajya Sabha in Gujarat. Four candidates are standing in three seats. Karam Singh Makwada, one of the 44 Congress MLAs, has given a cross voting. Makwada is MLA from Sanand. He is among the 44 MLAs who had kept the Congress in Bangalore's resort to prevent defection.
