Mint coriander chutney usually known as "hari chutney " in hindi and "lili chutney ' in Gujarati ,
it can be served as dip for any farsan like samosa,kachori,pakora ora spread for sandwich or in any chaats like ragdapuri, bhelpuri,cholle chaat, sev puri or even goes well with parathas and any meal too..and even it improves our digestive system.as it contains fresh coriander ,mint and lemon.
1 cup coriander leaves/dhania pata washed and roughly chopped
1/2 cup mint leaves/phudina patta washed and cleaned
1 inch ginger/adrak chopped
2-3 Green chillies
1 tbsp lemon juice or adjust according to taste
1 tbsp roasted peanuts
1 tsp Sugar (optional)
Salt to taste
1 to 2 tbsp water for grinding smooth paste

put all the ingredients in mixer jar and grind it smooth paste and enjoy heathy Spread on Sandwich /samosa/ chats/ meals etc.
