Neymar has officially joined Paris Saint-Germain from Barcelona for an eye-popping fee. The Brazilian superstar was bought for $263 million, more than doubling the previous world record. Neymar said in a statment PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi also spoke about the transfer, calling Neymar "one of the very best players in world football."
