Seth Rich murder: New lawsuit filed against Fox News surrounding conspiracy theory

A private invesigator, Rod Wheeler, has filed a lawsuit against Fox News. Wheeler alleges the organization fabricated quotes in a story about Rich's murder and attributed them to him.
