Catfish were seen swimming in the streets in Bonita Springs, Florida, after Tropical Depression Emily brought heavy rain to the area on July 31.

Florida Governor Rick Scott declared a state of emergency for 31 counties in Florida on Monday morning because of the storm. Originally named Tropical Storm Emily, the storm was later downgraded to a tropical depression.
