Istanbul was swamped on July 27 after torrential rainfall hit the city, submerging vehicles in pools and leaving walkways drenched with rainwater.
This footage shows the area under a bridge in Western Istanbul flooded with debris. A bus can be seen stuck in the water, and in a second video that the uploader poster, people are seen trying to escape from their flooded cars.
