The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found Sporting Kansas City midfielder Ilie Sanchez in violation of league policy regarding hands to the face, head or neck of an opponent. Sanchez has been fined an undisclosed amount for his actions in the 47th minute of Sporting KC’s match against Real Salt Lake on July 22.
