Domestic Violence Suspect Arrested in California After Standoff; 2 Children Released: Authorities

A domestic violence suspect who barricaded himself inside a residence in Azusa, initially with two children inside, was arrested Monday after surrendering, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff`s Department.
