Hi folks
In this video, I explain how as Borderline people, and some Bipolar people, hold onto arguments that we've had with partners or friends, and why it's important to let them go. We want to commit suicide or self harm or leave after an argument, getting confused, as to why or who started the argument. Borderlines sometimes do a thing called 'splitting' which is a mentally ill safeway when things are tough. We also suffer some memory loss when stressed out, so often cannot remember much. We need to just let the arguments, the fights and the anger go. It serves no purpose holding onto poison that'll only kill you. I hope you enjoy the video.
