On 16th September 2016, Christopher took his partner Nicola to Shropshire for some birthday treats and surprises. After a morning in the spa and a lovely lunch they stop by the Ironbridge Gorge to enjoy the view. It has a special memory for them and Christopher always wanted to do something special there. Today was the day.
With the help of family, friends and the TopSecret team, Christopher had planned the ultimate birthday surprise for Nicola. Their favourites songs were played on the day including Someone New by Hosier with George on guitar and Everywhere I Go by Lissie.
After Nicola opened her eyes having wished for something special, all their friends and family cheered and sang her happy birthday. And...there was more. Giving Nicola his grandmothers' wedding ring on bended knee asked her to do the honours and be his wife. She said yes!
It was a beautiful proposal and we wish them the very best for the future. Thank you for asking us to share your day with you and add an extra little sparkle.
