Info from Licensor: "I am a city employee. We received an email that certain downtown intersections would be closed today during lunch because of construction on the Liberty Tower Building. A helicopter flew about 100 feet above the ground in downtown and lifted HVAC systems to the roof. My camera caught the rotor rotation in sync with my frame rate. The helicopter appeared to be hovering and made a cool and unsettling effect."
