US Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kansas, spoke to a packed town hall in Palco, Kansas, on July 7 about his dissatisfaction with the proposed healthcare bill to replace the ACA.

Moran said that Kansans are his first priority and he’s “very interested” in protecting people with pre-existing conditions. He said he would consider voting for a bill that included changes he feels are “satisfactory.”
