Singer Aaron Carter was arrested and charged with a DUI and marijuana possession on Saturday night in Georgia. The 29-year-old was driving with his girlfriend Madison Parker at the time. Carter was set to perform in Kansas City, but was unable to make an appearance due to "transportation issues."
