'See You Again' tops 'Gangnam Style' as most-watched YouTube video

Wiz Khalifa's 2015 music video "See You Again," which is a tribute to "The Fast and the Furious" star Paul Walker, recorded has more than 2.8 billion YouTube views, making it the most-watched video ever on the site.
