Massive Downpours Cause Flooding on Streets of Paris

Parts of the Paris underground system were flooded on Sunday, July 9, after heavy rain and thunderstorms in the city. The worst-affected areas were the 13th and 15th arrondissements. An estimated 20 metro stations were affected.
