New evidence in the fatal car crash involving Venus Williams could exonerate the tennis star. After evaluating surveillance footage, police determined Williams "lawfully" entered the Florida intersection, only moments before the accident. "It has been determined the vehicle driven by Venus Williams lawfully entered the intersection on a circular green traffic signal, and attempted to travel north through the intersection to Ballenisles Drive," police. The footage showed Williams hitting the breaks as a car traveling in the other direction made a left turn in front of her.
