Italian police arrested a Chechen man suspected of being an Isis militant. He is believed to have been involved in attacks in Grozny, Chechnya, in 2014. The attacks on media offices and a school left 19 dead. The 38-year-old man is accused of crimes of international terrorism. The arrest was part of a wider investigation into foreign Isis fighters from Chechnya.
