For a lot of people air travel can be a bit of a chore. Delays, queues, cramped conditions and food that often leaves a great deal to be desired. But once upon a time it was very different. Travelling by air was exotic and exciting. Now - a restaurant in Los Angeles is trying to recreate that golden age - as the BBC's Tim Allman reports.
