China's Xi warns against 'impermissible' challenges in Hong Kong

President Xi Jinping says Hong Kong has more freedoms than ever before but warns against "impermissible" challenges to Beijing's authority over the city, in a speech Saturday to mark 20 years since Hong Kong was handed back to China by Britain.
