Bethenny Frankel‘s ex-husband has two more months of freedom before he has to face a judge over his stalking and harassment case.
Our friends at RadarOnline.com can reveal that Jason Hoppy will return to court on August 8 on charges he threatened the Real Housewives of New York star at their daughter Bryn’s school in January, and sent hundreds of “abusive emails” and phone calls.
Hoppy attended a hearing in Manhattan court this morning, though Frankel was not in attendance.
