Turkish police fired rubber bullets during the Pride Parade in Istanbul. While the parade has been for three years in a row now, marchers still turn up each year. Istanbul's governor banned the parade due to security concerns after threats from extreme nationalist groups. Small groups of people gathered in the streets holding rainbow flags. Videos on social media showed police firing tear gas at one location as nationalists clashed with LGBT activists.
