According to Dawn & Geo News Pakistan, the prisoners were using some Jammers in the jail to deactivate the real jammers of the jail with the help of which they ( Prisoners ) were able to communicate on phone in specific hours at some places.
According to Geo News, 0.7 million of cash was found from a prisoner who later committed that it was his money and was for a purpose.
This inspection was brought to action when 2 prisoners of the central jail Karachi became successful in escaping from the jail. These two prisoners were from Lashkar-e-Jhangvi. Both prisoners were kept to jail for an upcoming hearing into the court.
