The Flight Officer for this mission suggests to destroy the stationary starfighters first, but I find it far easier to 2-shot the tugs, then the X-Wings and A-Wings, otherwise you'll have a ton of chaos to contend with and, most likely, a collision. Don't forget to inspect the cargo containers before destroying them in order to complete all the goals.
