‘Teen Mom OG’ star Ryan Edwards made headlines in May when he decided to check into a rehab program for issues with substance abuse.

 On the MTV show, his baby mama, Maci Bookout openly talked about how she was worried about his health and mental state. She said she was scared one day he might even hurt himself.
