We had a very informative visit as Aaron looked around and Gary, the owner, would inform us of the property insights. We've never been on a septic system but Tina provided us with booklet about it and how to take care of it. They also provided insight on what we should look for when we move into our new home. Information was given in a nice manner not as "you don't know what you are doing?" manner. The inspectors treated us as "learning" customers as they were the "teaching" business people. They didn't downgrade us for not knowing. They just built our confidence so we knew what we would do.
