It looks like all systems are a go with the new movie “Dark Phoenix” from the “X-Men” franchise, with director Simon Kinberg once again helming the film.
According to Collider, Sophie Turner will be reprising her role as Jean Grey. Several main players from “X-Men: Apocalypse” will also be back, such as Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), Michael Fassbender (Magneto), James McAvoy (Professor X), Nicholas Hoult (Beast), Alexandra Shipp (Storm), Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), and Kodi Smit-McPhee (Nightcrawler).
Unfortunately, no word has been said yet about the return of Evan Peters’ Quicksilver. Filming will take place in Montreal.
