Absolutely delicious my version of Bengali Style Masoor Ki Daal (Bengali Red Lentil Curry)
Ingredients;
1 cup red lentil (Masoor Daal)
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
½ inch ginger finely chopped
1 teaspoon crushed red chili
1 teaspoon salt
8 to10 curry leaves
2 dry red chilies
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
4 small green chilies
1 small sized onion chopped
1 medium sized tomato chopped
2 tablespoon cooking oil
¼ teaspoon nigella seeds (Kalonji)
¼ teaspoon fenugreek seeds (Methi dana)
¼ teaspoon black mustard seeds (Rai)
¼ teaspoon fennel seeds (Saunf)
¼ teaspoon cumin seeds (zeera or jeera)
