North Korea has released U.S. citizen Otto Warmbier, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has reported. Warmbier is already making his way back to the U.S. and to his family. Otto Warmbier was serving a 15-year prison term with hard labor for alleged anti-state acts. Tillerson said that the State Department secured the release at the direction of President Trump.
