On Friday, Microsoft announced some news that will save online shoppers money. The company's digital assistant Cortana will have a new feature that can compare prices, check the availability of products, and advise you on where to shop. The feature will only work under Microsoft's Edge web browser with the Windows 10 update and appear as a drop-down panel in the address bar. On any retailer's product page, Cortana will pop up with advice on cheaper products, other places to purchase the product, and whether coupons are available. Cortana's new skillset has just started making its way to Microsoft users' PCs for feedback, and so far 14 U.S. retailers have been included in the launch.
