We at MONO steel commenced our first fully automatic plant at Sihor for TMT bars. Huge success of mfg. of TMT bars inspired us to reach for the new sky , new goal. Taking these as challenges Mono Steel established its own billet manufacturing plant near Gandhidham, in Kutch.
Keeping quality as a prior goal ,we started manufacturing TMT Bars from our own sponge Iron and billets, being high strength TMT suitable for any home, institution, hospital or any building. The company produces TMT bars with latest Herbert Rothe German Technology using on-line high yield quenching and self tempering (HYQST) technology. Our modern mill is equipped with enhanced temperature control system producing TMT bars 6 mm to 40 mm diameter suitable for high strength applications.
The TMT bars are conforming to the latest BIS-1786: 2008 specifications and are available in Fe 500 and Fe 500D grades in normal, EQR & CRS quality, which are highly suitable for earthquake prone areas.
