Iran attacks: Armed men storm parliament and Khomeini shrine

ISIL is claiming responsibility for two attacks in Iran's capital which killed at least 12 people.
Gunmen and a suicide bomber stormed the parliament building - with another suicide attack at the tomb of the leader of the Iranian revolution.
