Water allegedly entered Leader of Opposition YS Jagan’s chamber in the Assembly building from the roof following heavy rain that lashed Guntur district on Tuesday. The leak turned into a political issue with YSR Congress leaders alleging that poor quality in the construction of the Assembly and the Secretariat was the cause.
