Like a few others i can;t believe this show... Its humor is awesome i actually catch myself laughing out loud... Also the action, well not enough in my opinion but when there is my god i love it the techniques and concepts are awesome i love it, not only are the concepts for bending so well done they incorporate real weapons and styles into there fights and unlike other cheesy shows where there moves are unreal or totally unorthodox,Airbender shows real moves real weapons and totally satisfies the picky martial artists... Also sometimes the plot is predictable but its just so bloody funny i could care less... Major Props to the writers animators and creator. I'm looking forward to many seasons. The series that I watched once and thought it was the greatest thing since sliced Pao (Indian bread). Loved it and Recommended it to all my pals and not one person has failed to fall in love with this epic. I ranted and raved about it wherever I went. Then, life took over and I didn't have the time to think about or revisit the original Avatar : The Last Airbender.Until last week, I tuned in again. I finished the episodes by the fistful, completing 3 complete seasons in 3 days.
I never thought I would miss my friends so much because by the end of this series thats what the characters will be to you. I cannot express the sadness that creeped in over the last episode when I knew it was all going to come to an end. I would no longer get to see the wonderful lives of all characters I had grown to adore & take into confidence.Watching & experiencing this series has been one the most affirming moments of my life.I beg you not to go without experiencing the brilliant epic that is Avatar : The Last Airbender. When I first saw this show airing on Nick i was so surprised to see a show that reminded me of the Nickelodeon of the past before it got over saturated with Nicktoons. I am not saying that the Nicktoons are bad but do we really need 3 hour blocks of sponge bob. I was a huge nick fan in the 80's and loved the fact we had variety in the shows it wasn't just a group of 4 shows shown all day and the shows were geared to a wider demographic then it is now it is great to see a show that isn't just for younger kids this show could go down with the classics that graced nickelodeon like anger Mouse and Count Duckula. I give it 10 out of 10
