http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 10 of my P90X review and I had arms, shoulders and abs. I woke up feeling pretty sore this morning, but despite that I had a great workout today.
I took the advice of some other P90X'ers and made sure that I cranked out all of the reps for each exercise, instead of simply going to failure and stopping. It definitely took me much longer to complete the workout but I was able to get all of the repetitions completed.
My diet is still very strict, I'm following the P90X nutrition plan exactly and am not eating anything that I shouldn't be.
Last but not least, Ab Ripper X went much better today and I didn't get sick!
