Iraq: Popular Mobilisation Forces make gains in Mosul outskirts

it's not just Iraqi troops that are capturing ISIL-held areas in Mosul. Shia militias have advanced to the Syrian border - and some Sunni and Kurdish areas are now under control of the mostly Shia Popular Mobilisation Forces.
