Charley Dyson Shows Off His Scooter Skills! Leaves Amanda Holden's "heart in her mouth" during brave Britain's Got Talent audition
A nine year old daredevil has left the Britain’s Got Talent judges astonished with a VERY brave audition on tonight’s show.
Charley Dyson from Barnsley casually saunters on to the stage with his scooter, telling the panel: “I just think I’m really good on a scooter and should show it off.”
Cheered on by his family, the schoolboy launches into an incredibly daring routine that has the judges on the edges of their seats and Amanda Holden admitting her “heart is in her mouth” with fear.
An incredulous Dec, holding his own scooter backstage, says: “I didn’t think you could do things like that on these things!”
Simon Cowell, meanwhile, is forced to admit that BGT has never seen an audition like it.
But with a dangerous routine comes risk – will Charley be able to pull off his big routine without an error? Viewers will find out tonight whether he gets through to the next round.
Amanda previously said the standard among child auditionees this year was incredible.
“The children have been better than the adults," she said. "This year we’ve been inundated with incredible children, really good, confident, fabulous, talented children.
"It gives me hope for the future, this is the next generation so you think, brilliant! There’s babies being born every day, in 11 years time when I’m on my zimmer frame I’ll audition them!
BGT kicked off its 11 series last weekend with standout performances from the likes of schoolboy comedian Ned Woodman, eight, and powerhouse singer Sarah Ikumu, who won Simon’s Golden Buzzer.
Once again, the winner will get an incredible £250,000 prize and the opportunity to perform at the Royal Variety Performance 2017, in front of an illustrious audience.
