NYPD Search for Men Dressed as Construction Workers Who 'Robbed Jewelry Store'

New York City police said it was searching for four men who were dressed as construction workers and robbed a jewelry store in Brooklyn on Thursday, May 25. The men made off with jewelry, cash and gold valued at $850,000, according to a news report.

Three men entered the store while another remained outside as a lookout, according to police. While inside, they assaulted the 67-year-old store owner, who suffered a broken wrist and a cut to his face, local news reported. He was taken to a local hospital.

Police said the suspects fled toward the Borough Hall subway station. This surveillance footage shows them in the subway station.
