A bomb disposal squad was called to a house in Wigan on Thursday, after potentially suspicious items were found in a raid in connection with the attack on Manchester Arena at the start of the week.
The raid followed an arrest the previous day in the investigation on the attack.
Footage by a local journalist shows the police cordon around the area and emergency services on standby.
