The Black Stone of Makkah, or Kaaba Stone, is a Muslim historical object, which, according to Islamic custom dates back to the time of Adam and Hawa. It is the eastern foundation stone of the Kaaba, the very old blessed stone building towards which Muslims pray, in the middle of the Grand Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Stone is a dim rock, polished smooth by the hands of millions of pilgrims.
