Greater Manchester Police said they had executed a warrant and carried out a controlled explosion at Fallowfield in the south of the city on May 23, the day after a deadly attack at an Ariana Grande concert on May 22.
This footage was described as showing a helicopter flying above Fallowfield during the operation.
