Cars Swamped by Floodwaters as Super Cell Sweeps Through Laredo

The streets of Laredo were flooded due to a super cell that brought heavy rains and hail balls sweeping over the southern Texas town on Sunday, May 21.

This footage shows the extent of the flooding.

According to a report from My Statesman, the super cell brought wind gusts of up to 70 miles per hour, while at least one person, a 13-year-old boy, was injured due to a downed power line.
