Much of Iowa was under a tornado warning or watch on Wednesday, May 17. This video was taken from Parkersburg, showing heavy rain.
Forecasters with the National Weather Service reported the main threat would be weak, fast-moving, isolated tornadoes. The storms were also capable of producing damaging winds, large hail and heavy rainfall.
