The second of two films about two Senegalese youth resistance movements “Y’en a marre” and “Boulfalé.” Both were created by rappers angered at the failures of their governments, and both played important roles in organising and energising the youth of Senegal, whose votes ultimately affected the ousting of President Abdou Diouf in 2000, and Abdoulaye Wade in 2012.
